This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what is and is not permitted on the Eaglense platform (the "Service") operated by LumiCore Energy Limited. It is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Eaglense is a safety-critical platform used to record real-world hazards, near misses, and stop work events on industrial worksites. We hold all users to a high standard of integrity in how the Service is used.

Safety records are used by regulators, IOC clients, and your own organisation to make life-critical decisions. Falsification is treated with zero tolerance.
